We are currently recruiting a QA Specialist to establish our testing stack (end-to-end, performance, regression testing). You will be responsible for test coverage and its monitoring. You will continuously automate tests and challenge the organization to ensure the quality of delivered features.

• Develop a testing strategy in close collaboration with Product Owners and developers.
• Define testing protocols and scenarios (manual, regression, end-to-end, functional, and performance testing).
• Develop and implement automated test scenarios.
• Test, identify, and document bugs and issues.
• Ensure that the final product meets the original requirements.
• Guarantee the software quality (maintainability, performance, and security).
• Monitor testing activities.
• Implement best testing practices.
• Promote the use of automated tests.
• Stay up to date with technological advancements to propose innovative solutions for testing, development, and programming languages.
• Provide recommendations to ensure quality development and improve QA practices.
• Participate in Agile rituals.
• Engage with the QA community within the Group.

• Strong experience in web application testing.
• Proven experience with UI automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or alternatives) and BDD frameworks (Cucumber or alternative).
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with a software publisher.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
• Familiarity with Postman.
