This role sits at the intersection of branding, UX, and digital marketing. We are not looking for a production-only designer, we are looking for someone who can build and maintain a visual system that supports business growth.
About the project
Responsibilities

1. Brand & Visual System Development
-
Develop, maintain, and evolve Vilmate’s brand identity guidelines.

Ensure visual consistency across all company platforms.

Build reusable templates and scalable visual assets.

Create and maintain a structured design asset library in Figma.
2. Website & UX Support
-
Support website improvements through wireframes and layout optimization.
-
Enhance visual hierarchy, readability, and CTA structure.
-
Create visuals, icons, and illustrations for website pages.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.

Contribute to landing page design for marketing campaigns.
3. Marketing & Sales Materials

Design presentations (sales decks, pitch decks, internal workshops, etc).

Create infographics (customer journey, buyer personas, strategy frameworks, …).

Develop visuals for blog articles, whitepapers, and case studies.

Prepare assets for email campaigns and digital advertising.
4. Personal Branding & Thought Leadership

Support visual identity for leadership personal brands (LinkedIn visuals, post templates, banners, …).

Create reusable visual formats for expert content.
5. Employer Branding Support

Design visual materials for recruitment campaigns, etc.

Ensure alignment between employer brand and corporate brand.

Create templates HR team can reuse independently.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Visual/Brand/Graphic Designer (preferably in tech or IT).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, branding, and UX-related work.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, page hierarchy, and user flows.
- Experience creating wireframes and improving website structure.
- Experience building reusable design systems and templates in Figma.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience designing for digital-first environments.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
As a plus
- Experience with motion design or basic animation.
- Experience supporting personal branding or thought leadership content.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
