Our client is a tech startup and media platform registered in Stockholm, Sweden. The organization operates as the world’s largest media platform dedicated exclusively to climate action. The company functions as both a review platform and a social network. Its core mission is to democratize knowledge about climate solutions, reduce global climate impact, and mobilize global action toward a fossil-free future. Rather than viewing the climate crisis passively, the platform leverages the power of social media to connect individuals, hold leaders and companies accountable, and amplify the demand for transparency and systemic change.

The core deliverable of the project is the platform’s review web application and associated mobile systems, which allow users free of charge to create climate reviews, interact, and collaborate.

Key technical and operational characteristics of the project infrastructure include:

• Green Infrastructure: Since 2018, the review platform has run entirely on renewable energy to minimize its digital carbon footprint.
• Eco-Conscious Operations: The broader project operations strictly emphasize circular use of IT equipment, minimized travel, and digital-first meetings.
• Tech Stack Ecosystem: The development involves robust infrastructure supporting web and mobile applications, utilizing languages and frameworks like Python for backend services, DevOps pipelines, React for front-end web engineering, and React Native for cross-platform mobile experiences.

• End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Act as the central point of contact for the feature lifecycle—from gathering raw requirements to organizing the final release deployment.
• Requirement Architecture: Formulate structured BA requirements, write clear user stories, and define rigorous acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Release & Sprint Planning: Map out sprint goals, distribute tasks among the engineering team, and manage the release calendar to ensure predictable software delivery.
• Process Optimization: Relieve engineering leadership from administrative overhead by independently structuring tasks and verifying feature completion.

• Communication: Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for this role.
• Style & Approach: A thoughtful, structured, and collaborative professional who brings stability to the team; highly capable of organizing chaos into structured, manageable workflows.
• Experience: Demonstrated hybrid experience acting as both a PM and BA in an agile software development environment, or a strong BA with a natural aptitude and track record for delivery management.
