Join our team
Do you feel ready to apply your knowledge and skills into one of our projects? We’ll be glad to welcome you on board.
You’ll get a welcome bonus after successfully completing a 3-month fully paid probation period.
Refer an expert
Do you know someone talented and smart? Show them our positions list and get an appreciation bonus.
Requirements for referrals:
- They weren’t referred by someone else or contacted by our HR department during the last 2 months.
- They should be skilled enough to fit the position.
- They should successfully finish the probation period.
Only one bonus can be compensated for the specific job title – either referral bonus or welcome bonus following the principle of who first contacted us. Thus, we don’t compensate both for referring and for completing the probation period for the same job offer.
What kind of bonus will I get?
The amount of compensation is evaluated based on the complexity and the level of the position you helped us to fill. You can discuss it with the HR specialists. Usually, the compensation varies from $500 to $1000.
How will I get my reward?
After you or your friend successfully passed the probation period, we’ll pay the bonus. The probation period usually lasts about 3 months. Our HR specialist will contact you right after the end of the probation period – and you’ll get your compensation.
