• Assume key responsibilities in the realm of requirements analysis, the design of a scalable and low-latency streaming platform solution, architectural planning, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of crucial modules to furnish real-time data solutions for our product.
• Demonstrate proficiency in crafting clean and scalable code, utilizing languages such as Go, Typescript, Node.js, Scala, Python, and SQL. Additionally, rigorously test and deploy applications and systems.
• Tackle our most complex data challenges in real time by employing optimal data architectures, frameworks, and query techniques, drawing from both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Contribute actively to an engineering organization committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions to Aircall clients.
• Participate in efforts to optimize product and platform performance, as well as engage in live site monitoring activities.
• Act as a mentor within the team, providing and receiving actionable feedback to foster growth and development.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (eg. computer science or mathematics).
• 3+ years experience with real-time, event-driven architecture.
• 3+ years experience with at least one modern programming language such as Scala, Python, Go, and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing complex data processing pipelines.
• Experience in data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling, etc).
• Experience in query optimization.
• Experience with Kafka is a plus.
