We are looking for a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner for our client, a company developing a document management system for pharmaceutical businesses.
As they continue to scale their digital ecosystem, they require dedicated product leadership to drive alignment, execution, and long-term value across their platforms.
This role is critical not only for enhancing technical delivery but also for ensuring their platforms evolve in lockstep with pharmacovigilance and regulatory intelligence requirements.

• Strategic Product Ownership: Define and own the digital product roadmap, prioritizing efforts based on user needs, regulatory timelines, and business strategy.
• Regulatory Alignment & Pharmacovigilance Expertise: Ensure product development adheres to key pharmacovigilance frameworks (e.g., GVP, ICH E2E), supporting PSUR/DSUR workflows, case intake, and compliance with EMA, FDA, and MHRA standards. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to integrate regulatory logic into user flows and data architecture.
• UX and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with design, engineering, QA, and operations to deliver cohesive, intuitive solutions that serve both internal teams and external clients in D2C and B2C models.
• Market Intelligence & Customer Research: Analyze user behavior, competitor trends, and market signals to guide product direction and feature development. Engage with users to identify unmet needs in the digital pharmacovigilance domain.
• Delivery Oversight and Iterative Execution: Define product requirements, manage sprint priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Own the product backlog and validation loops across the development lifecycle.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage platform analytics and reporting to monitor adoption, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to optimize the experience and improve regulatory outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally within SaaS or regulated digital health environments.
• Direct exposure to pharmacovigilance, regulatory intelligence, or life sciences platforms.
• Experience with B2C and D2C product models and customer-centric design thinking.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and relevant PM frameworks.
• Comfortable operating cross-functionally in a remote, fast-paced, and compliance-driven environment.
• English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Technical background (technical education or hands-on experience in back-end development or DevOps) and understanding of IT infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Ability to work occasionally (2-3 days per week) from our Kyiv or Warsaw offices.
