Our client is a Swedish company that manufactures smartly designed chargers for electric cars. They have unique features that help consumers to have economically more efficient charging solutions.

The project consists of web and mobile applications as well as hardware parts.

The ideal candidate is able to translate complex user journeys into seamless designs, focusing on usability, visual communication, and consistency across all touchpoints.

• Analyze and understand user experiences, journeys, and needs to design intuitive interfaces.
• Create engaging and well-thought-out UI/UX designs, including crafting icons, visuals, and graphical elements that align with the brand and product vision for both mobile apps and web portals.
• Develop high-quality text copy to support the user journey and enhance communication.
• Ensure a cohesive graphical impression across all designs and maintain a unified design language.
• Work with Figma to design and prototype, utilizing components to improve design efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to align on the design vision and iterate as needed.
• Present ideas and solutions, driving them from concept to final ready-to-implement designs.
• Develop and maintain Design Systems that promote consistency and streamline the design process across various platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma: Demonstrated ability to create designs efficiently using components and Figma’s collaborative features.
• Strong English skills: Fluent in written English, at least B2 spoken level.
• Web and mobile experience: Proven experience designing both mobile apps and web interfaces with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proactivity: Ability to take responsibility and drive ideas to a ready-to-implement design by coming up with suggestions and aligning with stakeholders (both “business”/product manager/product owner and developers).
