About the client
About the project
The top priority is to tighten targeting, internal linking, and intent-driven structure on the homepage to increase both organic traffic and enquiry rate.
Responsibilities
High‑impact SEO tasks
- Refine the title tag to be more intent-rich.
- Tighten meta description to highlight value prop + primary actions.
- Add a clear H1 focusing on the core keyword and demote other large headings to H2/H3 for better semantic structure.
- Create distinct sections with H2s around primary services.
Internal linking & journeys
- Add prominent internal links in the relevant sections to key money pages: custom-made neon, hire, price guide, design tool, FAQs, and testimonials.
- Turn repeated phrases into contextual links pointing to the most relevant landing pages instead of leaving them as plain text.
Conversion-focused content tweaks
- Move a concise value proposition + primary CTA above the fold.
- Introduce short, skimmable benefit bullets under the hero.
- Add trust signals near CTAs.
Content structure & duplication
- Avoid repeating similar paragraphs; condense overlapping copy and place one strong paragraph per service section to reduce bloat and improve readability.
- Turn long FAQ‑style blocks into teaser summaries with “Read more” links to a dedicated FAQ/education page, keeping the homepage lean.
- Add concise schema-friendly Q&A on the homepage (or FAQs page) using the strongest questions, then mark up with FAQPage schema to capture rich results.
Technical & rich result enhancements
- Implement the Organisation / LocalBusiness schema with name, URL, phone, email, logo, and address to strengthen brand entity signals.
- Ensure key CTAs use descriptive anchor text for both accessibility and SEO.
- Optimise hero and key imagery with descriptive filenames and alt text targeting relevant phrases such as “custom glass neon sign for bar interior” while staying natural and specific.
