We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong Windows Server, IIS, and AWS experience to join our client’s team. You will work on supporting and scaling custom .NET/C# applications in AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across client environments.

This role will involve hands-on server management, performance tuning, monitoring setup, and collaboration with the development team to implement best practices and code changes aligned with OWASP recommendations.

• Manage and support Windows Server and IIS environments in production and staging.
• Optimize, tune, and scale custom .NET/C# applications hosted on AWS.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS (SQL Server), and S3.
• Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system health, availability, and performance.
• Perform performance tuning of IIS and application environments.
• Collaborate with the development team to address security findings from OWASP reports, ensuring secure code and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues and application deployment challenges.
• Ensure high system reliability and uptime through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Assist in automating deployment processes and environment configurations using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) where applicable.

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and IIS administration in production environments.
• Proven experience with AWS (EC2, RDS for SQL Server, S3), including scaling and optimizing workloads.
• Experience with custom .NET/C# application environments (deployment, monitoring, performance tuning).
• Ability to analyze and optimize application and server performance.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and setting up effective alerting strategies.
• Understanding of OWASP security best practices and ability to work with developers to address vulnerabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving infrastructure and application issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Experience with AWS security best practices and cost optimization strategies.
