We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for our client, a company developing a document management system for pharmaceutical businesses.
This is a strategic role requiring a strong technical background. A degree in computer science, or past experience as a back-end developer or DevOps engineer, is essential.

• Risk management – highlight possible risks, mitigate/accept/suggest workarounds.
• Improve existing processes and set new ones from scratch.
• Manage the scope, budgets, and timelines of the projects.
• Anticipate client needs, investigate and propose alternative technical solutions to clients through internal and external consulting and technical research.
• Regular reporting and internal billing process management.
• Monitor all business and functional requirements for tests and test cases, and assist in resolving all issues.
• Coordinate with developers to provide effective feedback.

• English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a software development environment.
• Technical background (technical education or hands-on experience in back-end development or DevOps) and understanding of IT infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Proven practical team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
