Implement and integrate those protocols into the existing system

• Passionate, talented engineer to lead the development of features in a mission-critical system using modern technologies.
• Experienced with implementing protocols with TLC (Traffic Light Controllers): OCIT, NTC-IP, and others.
• At least 4 years of experience with Java Spring Boot or other server-side JVM frameworks.
