• End-to-End Delivery: Design, develop, and ship robust features across both the frontend and backend, maintaining full ownership of the feature lifecycle.
• Frontend Development: Build modular, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces leveraging React (or equivalent modern frameworks like Vue, Svelte, or Angular), incorporating micro frontends and managing monorepo structures.
• Backend Architecture: Develop scalable backend services and high-throughput HTTP APIs using Node.js or alternative modern languages (Go, Python, C#, Java).
• Asynchronous Messaging: Implement and maintain event-driven systems utilizing enterprise message queues and brokers such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• AI Integration: Design and embed agentic workflows into product ecosystems, leveraging advanced AI tooling, subagents, skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Data Modeling: Architect and optimize data storage solutions utilizing MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• DevOps & Automation: Maintain and optimize automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions to support regular high-quality production releases.
• System Observability: Implement comprehensive application monitoring and distributed tracing using tools like New Relic or OpenTelemetry to proactively address system bottlenecks.

• Fullstack Engineering Mindset: Proven track record of shipping production-grade software on both sides of the stack with a strong desire to continue working concurrently across frontend and backend environments.
• Type-Safe Engineering: Strong proficiency in TypeScript across the entire ecosystem, or an expert-level understanding of an equivalent strongly-typed language.
• Modern Web Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with React (strongly preferred), Vue, Svelte, or Angular.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Practical experience designing, building, and debugging distributed, event-driven messaging pipelines (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
• Database Management: Deep familiarity with MongoDB or equivalent NoSQL database platforms.
• AI Tooling & Automation: Hands-on experience working with or building agentic systems, AI-driven subagents, skills orchestration, and MCP integrations.

• Experience managing complex monorepos and deploying micro frontend architectures.
• Strong background in infrastructure observability, distributed tracing, and system health instrumentation (New Relic, OpenTelemetry).
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining advanced CI/CD automation pipelines via GitHub Actions.
