Our client is the global staffing framework program is owned by Group Recruiting & Sourcing.

Our clients are implementing regional staffing programs and they need senior project leaders who have global implementation experience in the staffing program implementation area. It is also important that the project has an experience in Vendor Management System implementation. To be able to roll out the program in a stipulated time frame, we have defined a project organization to cover the pre-implementation and implementation phases of the rollout.

The core team consists of Program Leader (team lead, strategy, and finance) and two Implementation Leaders covering implementation activities in different regions, in close cooperation with other functions, mainly group procurement with global lead and regional procurement resources.

• Responsible for regional staffing program (MSP and RPO) pre-implementation activities (stakeholder management, communication, data collection)
• Participation in Program supplier selection and contracting (owned by Procurement and Legal)
• Responsible for regional staffing program implementation project timelines together with Global, and country stakeholders, and chosen Program supplier
• Daily management of deadlines and issue resolution.
• Facilitation of supplier and team status meetings, maintenance and distribution of project tracking and status documentation.
• Prepare stakeholder projects, change management & communication plans with global, and country program stakeholders, and global communication.
• Collaboration with country stakeholders, business leaders, and program suppliers, ensuring alignment with program guidelines
• Interface with country stakeholders to ensure ongoing improvements.
• Co-operate with Group Recruitment & Sourcing SMEs on global practices for inclusion in regional implementation.
• Co-create training material and coordinate training sessions together with country stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Background in project management (preferably in HR) and experience in staffing processes with external suppliers (contingent and permanent workforce).
• Staffing program knowledge (MSP is a must). Operational experience of in-house MSP is beneficial.
• Experience in MSP implementation, preferably in multiple countries.
  Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is beneficial.
