In your role as a Software Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Test Execution & Analysis: Performing manual testing and conducting thorough analysis of test results to ensure system stability.
- Quality Documentation: Creating and maintaining essential test documentation, including test plans, cases, checklists, and automated testing scenarios.
- Defect Management: Localizing, documenting, and monitoring bug fixes. You will be responsible for simulating and reproducing error-prone situations to ensure robust fixes.
- Incident Analysis: Analyzing incidents and technical issues in detail before handing them over to the development team.
- Agile Collaboration: Actively participating in Agile activities and collaborating with the team to improve testing methods and software quality.
Requirements
- Testing Methodology Expertise: Strong understanding of various software testing and development methodologies, as well as the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Core Testing Skills: Proven experience in test design and various testing types, including Smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the Windows operating system and a solid engineering background.
- Communication: Good technical and communication skills in English are mandatory.
As a plus
- Automation Skills: Knowledge of Python and experience in developing automated testing scenarios.
- Network Knowledge: Understanding of network configurations and environments.
