Digital Content Specialist (part-time, 20 hours per week).

  • Execution and detailed review/ testing of onsite content and promotions, including coordination and entry of content, promotion and optimization details within our project workflow.
  • Configuring and scheduling content components in PDX/Business Manager based on direction provided by creative team and documented standards.
  • Uploading provided creative assets to PDX (images, text, links, PDFs, videos).
  • Updating existing and creating new HTML-based content assets and pages as needed.
  • Updating existing and creating new promotions/coupons/campaigns as needed.
  • Generating, troubleshooting and inputting link snippets and tracking codes across site content.
  • Coordinating with content and merchandising specialists to finalize and input execution details for page updates and A/B test opportunities (link destinations, schedules and featured products).
  • Coordinating with QA team on promotion validation and troubleshooting.
  • Reviewing scheduled content, promotions and A/B tests for accuracy across device types prior to go-live.
  • Identifying and submitting detailed Jira tickets for content/promotion bugs and optimization opportunities.
  • Offer legal and SEO content upload.
  • Additional like tasks as deemed necessary.


  • 3+ years experience working in a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Experience with setting up onsite promotions, discounts or coupons
  • JIRA/Confluence and/or Smartsheet experience
  • HTML/CSS basic to intermediate
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to work proactively and independently leveraging framework/ plans with input from supporting resources (e.g. manager, content specialists, creative design team)
  • Highly collaborative
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

As a plus

  • Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working in Salesforce’s Page Designer Extended (PDX).
  • Experience in executing A/B tests for onsite content.
  • Salesforce Business Manager content folder/asset/slot experience.
  • Salesforce Business Manager promotion/campaign/coupon experience.
  • Ability to identify, summarize internal and consumer-facing opportunities for improvement (execution+).
  • Ability to document learnings and detailed findings around internal processes and experience.
  • Adaptable and able to pivot.
