About the client
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to the SFCC platform and eCommerce workflows.
- Define and document QA strategies, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing on the SFCC platform.
- Execute test cases for core eCommerce functionalities, including catalog management, search, checkout, payment gateways, and order fulfillment processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting.
- Validate configurations and customizations specific to the SFCC platform.
- Test integrations with third-party services like payment gateways, shipping providers, and CRM tools.
- Ensure SFCC updates and patches are tested and deployed without affecting core functionalities.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Share insights and best practices related to testing on the SFCC platform with the team.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting lessons learned and reusable test assets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance.
- 2+ years of experience testing web and client-server applications.
- 2+ years of experience using defect tracking tools.
- 2+ years of experience developing test deliverables such as test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, System, End-to-End, Regression, Unit testing.
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and test cycles, including test approach and case reviews.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- The ability to work during the evenings (from 13:00 to 21:00 GMT+2).
As a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
