In this role, you will manage and coordinate various projects and initiatives across our business area pedestrian.
You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that our brand is consistently represented and effectively communicated to our audiences.

Responsibilities
- Project manage, implement, measure, and report on projects and initiatives
- Responsible for coordinating and developing of product launch marketing material and local implementation
- Coordinate and follow up on brand transition projects
- Create communications content such as articles, newsletters, videos, campaigns, training sessions, and internal/external activities
- Coordinate translations and cooperation with external partners like agencies, photographers, ect
- Support with internal communications
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, marketing, communications studies or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications, with a focus on project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including budget and timeline management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with external partners and agencies
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- English is our business language, so a high professional level of written and spoken English is necessary.
- Familiarity with social media content creation
- Expertise in using project management tools and software
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
