As a Senior Gameplay UE5 Developer at Goals, you will be responsible for developing and implementing gameplay systems and features for a new football game using Unreal Engine 5. You will work closely with the game design team to translate their ideas into functional gameplay mechanics and systems that deliver a fun and engaging experience for players. You will also collaborate with other members of the development team, including artists, engineers, and producers, to ensure the game meets high-quality standards.

• Develop and implement gameplay systems and features for a football game using Unreal Engine 5 and C++.
• Collaborate with game designers to ensure gameplay mechanics and systems align with the game’s overall vision and goals.
• Implement new, and improve existing features (anything from dribbling and animations to ball physics and game rules).
• Work with multiplayer features in our Unreal dedicated game server
• Engage in design and architectural decisions (you’ll be building a game almost from scratch).
• Support more junior game engineers.

• 5+ years of experience as a C++ developer.
• Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of game development principles and methodologies.
• Experience developing and implementing gameplay mechanics and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
